Hello and thank you for your interest in my pictures! These were taken between October 2019 and March 2020, during a trip to Japan made with my gilfriend under a Working Holiday VISA. She had studied Japanese Language and Civilization for 4 years in University, and the goal of the trip was to see and experience as much of Japan as possible; this was done by travelling through all 4 islands and the archipelago of Okinawa. The main places you will find captured are the following (in order): -Hiroshima -Miyajima -Matsuyama -Ozu -Fukuoka -Nagasaki -Naha -Osaka -Nara -Kyoto -Sapporo Of course, we could still only explore the tip of the proverbial iceberg, and I truly wish to be able to go back and see more one day in the future, as well as revisit places where we stayed. These pictures were shot on film, the names of which you can find in the name of the files. They were taken on a Nikon F3, a Canon Canonet QL17 GIII, and a Rollei 35SE, all amazing pieces of gear. The editing was kept to a minimum, being done with the goal of recreating the look and mood of the places as I experienced them. You may use these images freely for all your personal uses, and I am truly glad if they can bring you some joy or make you feel some emotion. If you wish to use these photographs for a professional project, or in a way that you then wish to share with others, I would then please ask you to contact me for permission (which I should give without issues and very quickly; still, I would rather know.), which you can do at the following email address: - camillepierre.faure@gmail.com You may of course contact me at this address with any other question you may have on the subject of the pictures, the trip, or photography in general. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your interest in my photography, as well as your understanding. Enjoy! Camille-Pierre Faure
